LALERA partnership is made up of very different elements but chosen in order to complete each other.

We can count on the experience of CIES, an international NGO dealing with the immigrants problems, as well as on the competences of a SME, Lynx s.r.l., dealing with electronic publishing and e-learning. The linguistic specifications are given by Siena Foreign University, while the evaluation and methodological part is ensured ad supervised by the University Concern ICoN.

CIES is a non governmental organization (ONG) founded in 1983, deals with cooperation for the foreign development programs, with activities of linguistic-cultural mediation and of education for global development, promoting interculturality in Italian schools.

Lynx is an electronic editor which has been dealing for years with didactics through the use of digital technologies. Lynx was officially founded in 1995 and is made up of researchers and experts with experience in projecting and achieving multimedia online and offline instruments, in university and school research labs as well as within companies working in this field.

The Foreign University is a State University with a special organization, which develops teaching and research activities aiming at spreading Italian language and culture.

The Concern made up of 22 Italian universities, has the mission of promoting the study of Italian language and culture in the world through Internet.

The group of researchers comprises professionals of various ages specialising in multiple fields. Our members supplement their daily research activities by adopting an intergenerational and interdisciplinary code which considers the education of adults along with ambient education and development as the crux of all basic learning activities.

Our group has always been at the vanguard of adult education programs in Andalusia. Tutors who were part of our educational programs gave labourers and unemployed people the opportunity to learn how to read. Courses designed for the education of young adults were subsequently developed.

As regards the concept of development, it largely refers to the model of human development. Following education programs addressing young adults, students or the unemployed, efforts are made in order to integrate immigrants working in various fields, with the help of institutions such as Andalusia Acoge. In this respect, our group takes part in the LALERA TOI project, thus contributing to the training and development of Romanian citizens living in the Andalusia region.

PubliMedia Translation is a company founded in 2005 by experts in interculturality and interlinguistic mediation, journalists specialised in foreign languages, with regional, national and international activity level.
The general aims are: promoting the intercultural dialogue, the education at european standards, freedom of expression and media pluralism, information, communication.

L'Associazione SMILE, Sistemi e Metodologie Innovativi per il Lavoro e l'Educazione, nasce nel dicembre 1988. Nel 1995 viene costituita l'Associazione.

The National Trade Union Bloc (BNS), was set up in 1991 and has 33 affiliated federations, with a membership of approx. 400 000 workers. It has 40 regional representation offices.

EMA RTV is a non-profit association that aims at improving local public communication in the Andalusia region.
The radio station is managed by associated town halls.

The range of EMA RTV activities and projects includes radio and television broadcasting, multimedia projects and educational initiatives in the Andalusia region, Europe and Latin America. EMA RTV is the first radio and television public broadcasting group to emerge from a network of local mass-media. Its present objective is to boost the social dynamics of the Andalusian population up to over 50%.

EMA RTV and the public radio network Onda Local de Andalucia broadcast in all eight Andalusian provinces and are currently engaged in partnerships with over one hundred district councils. EMA RTV is open to suggestions as far as communication experiences are concerned and is eager to implement them via NGOs and independent social foundations. The diversity of accents, cultures and landscapes transpire in the character of the information transmitted by local radio and TV broadcasters.

The Italian Department of Bucharest University (the oldest and the most prestigious in Romania) was founded in 1909 by Prof. Ramiro Ortiz.

Spanish boasts a 70-year old tradition at the University of Bucharest. The Spanish teaching staff here are members of the Department of Romance Linguistics and Iberian-Romance Languages and Literatures.
