PubliMedia Translation is a company founded in 2005 by experts in interculturality and interlinguistic mediation, journalists specialised in foreign languages, with regional, national and international activity level.
The general aims are: promoting the intercultural dialogue, the education at european standards, freedom of expression and media pluralism, information, communication.

The activities are focused  on the intercultural training for social integration in Europe,  the cultural resources for the future society,  faciliting foreign languages knowledge, lifelong learning and long distance education development of cultural and educational media programmes, human resources capacity building, trainings for journalism and communication, organising events.

Role of the participant organisation in LALERA TOI :

• Co-ordination of Romanian partner activivties;
• Participation to the Scientific Committee;
• Participation to research and selection of users/target group;
• Participation to the dissemination activities;
• Participation to the activities of  evaluation and valorisation;
• Translation of the emissions written by Universita’ per Stranieri – Siena (10 for Italian – 10 for Spanish language).
• Radio-format validation of the emissions and Broadcasting of the Emissions

VELCU CARMEN-ADRIANA, project  manager – co-ordination of Romanian partner activities, has got 30 years of experience as a journalist, an Italian theacher, a translator, as well as in intercultural activities. As of 2008 she is a Knight of the Cultural Merit National Order for cultural promotion. She received 5 prizes in Italy for her contribution to intercultural exchanges. In 2005, che founded PubliMedia Translation Company, one of the partners in LA.LE.RA Project (Language Learning by Radio). In 2006, she founded Pro Italica Association (multiculturality, education at European standards, projects and programmes, promotion of Romanian language and culture, promotion of Italian language and culture).
