Lynx is an electronic editor which has been dealing for years with didactics through the use of digital technologies. Lynx was officially founded in 1995 and is made up of researchers and experts with experience in projecting and achieving multimedia online and offline instruments, in university and school research labs as well as within companies working in this field. Lynx’s contact with research, in particular in the didactic field, has always been important: apart from the stable relation with various Italian Universities, Lynx participated and still takes part in European projects within Socrates and Leonardo programs (ISLIL, MarLen, Wall, Flachi).

In the last few years Lynx dedicated itself to communication on the net and to projecting and administrating e-courses systems, particularly in the tertiary sector.

Since 2000 Lynx produces and uses opensource software.
Lynx’s tasks in LALERA project are:

• to take part in the scientific committee
• to analyze, project and develop the web portal;
• to define, install and administrate instruments for distance collaboration
• to participate in valuing and spreading the product.
